Haha this is the first time i posted in blog after Chirstmas.

How was your Chirstmas Eve spent ? Mine was spending in K-Box till almost 4am with my gf and her friends.

Lucky my voice is still intent. Haha, anyway after Chirstmas, New Year will be coming. So whats your New Year resolutions ?

For me, i wish to start my career this year and also to finish my incoming Dipolma by 2008.

My Investment ~

In Aug, i was introduce by my friend to my old company again. This time they are actively involved in a Project in Taichung, Taiwan. The project is about building a wireless infrastructure for the whole of taichung.

At first i don't really believe it, therefore i used 2 months to fact find about the product. From Aug we have nothing on this project, just ideas and Sept, the company website is up, documents are also given to us in Oct. In Nov i was invited to go Taichung to try out the wireless infrastructure, and gosh it really work. I would use internet when the bus is moving and we are brought to see the base station at a 23 storery building.

After coming back from the trip, my trust in the company grow much stronger, therefore i started to share it with my friends.

The official launch of the operation of Emcom in Taiwan is in Jan 07. Press conference and news for marketing purpose will use during that period.

Lets hope that everything goes well so that i can collect back my 300% and 1200% ROI.

What's Life ?

Last Monday, my gf grandmum has passed away. Its a sudden accident, she fall from her place and no one found out about it. She was found to be lying on the floor only after 6 hours. Everything come suddenly. What is life ? Is it worth something ?

After my gf grandmum death, they found out that she left some money behind. Thats the worst part in life, when money involved, human nature is shown. Argument starts to arise.

My gf told me that money is evil. I told her that money is not evil nor good. Its the user that decide its purpose. Only human is good or evil, so tell me is human good or evil ?

Money is very important to human, but its not the most important, we only need it to survived and enjoy things. Money itself is neutral but its human heart that make it bad, they blamed on the money when something goes wrong, why don't they blamed themselve first ?

So everyone lets think. Is money GOOD or BAD !

Investment Returns

I started a Investment with Emcom in Aug 06, in Oct i got a Gold Partnership with them. Last month Nov the dividend was 805USD and this month Dec i got yesterday is 812 USD :D Seems like the sales is going good. Hope to get even more next month. Haha ~

Games ~

In 2005 i started playing a game call MapleStory. I started playing in a global server (East) but within a few months. Singapore have gonna the right to host it and we have to switch to MapleSEA.

Its was quite fun at first but i grow tired of it when i am Level 50, so i started a Guide of Assassin (One of the character job). However i still manage to level to 70 and at this time i was thinking of quiting the game. Lucky i suddenly wanted a guild of my own so i created a Guild call "DarkLegacy". This also the reason why i still have my character in the game til today :D

The Guild is just like my network in business, at a certain time its raise up and at a certain time it falls. Its very unstable but lucky i still have a few key members to support me til now. Really a very great thanks to you all :D

Back to CashFlow 101.

Previously i mentioned that i started to play it again this year, and the feeling is really different. Robert Kiyosaki is really smart to come up with this concept.
I started to organise CashFlow 101 game session after i played for a few time. I just bought my own set at a good price last month and i also created a discussion forum and a friendster group for it. The purpose of all these is to let more people know more and learn more from the game :D Of cos i need to thanks Lam for helping us to facilites the game and give us the right financial advise :D

I intend to create a big network or group playing CashFlow 101 as i think it can really benefits everyone.

And as time goes by we can have other countries members and go there to play with them too. The most interesting part of this game is that when u play with different kind of people you will learn a different thing from it.

My First Time ~

Haha, never thought i will be starting a blog.

The reason for this blog to exist is to share with everyone my view of Robert Kiyosakis's CashFlow 101 board game, my Own Business views and also my Personal Life.

Here's some background of myself.

I'm a malaysian who sort of migrate to Singapore when i am just 2 years old. Since then i have not went back to my hometown in Ipoh. My family members is all in singapore too. I can't get PR status yet as my qualification is low, just 3 credits in O level. After O's i went to ITE Bishan and wasted 2 years there, so in the end i did not manage to get a full ITE cert. But at least i am glad i know some great friends there.

My first job after ITE is working in Changi Airport as Avation Screening Office under CIAS. Our job is to do a security screening for all passagers departing and sometime arriving too. My second job is sales assistant in HKS selling clark shoes. Now my current job also my third job is property officer for a service company, Serco Guthrie. We manage eating establishment's ORA for HDB. All the three jobs really let me learn alot and gain lots of experiences.

In 2003 i was introduce by my friend in ITE to a company, Niutrend International. Its basically a training and direct sales company, this experience really benefits me alot as i know alot of things in this company and know alot of friends too. Due to low in passion i drop out of the company in 2005 and focus on my work in Serco Guthrie, and never thought i will get so fat due to this :P

I got know of CashFlow 101 in 2003 when i start to read this book call Read Dad Poor Dad which is recommend by my friends in Niutrend. This is the first time i ever read such a book and i can't believe i could finished it, haha. Anyway the book really let me see things from another view and angle in business and financial world. I also grow interest in the finanical board game, CashFlow 101 mentioned in the book. My first experiences on CashFlow 101 was in 2004, when a internet friend, Anthony invited us to his place for the game. Its was my first time and its was definately interesting and fun. But due to some personal problem i started to lose touch of it till 2006 when i was invited by Sebastian to play it with his cousins and friends. And i would say this is the start of everything :D

I think i have write enough for today, to know more please stay tune :D
